What we collect and why.

Profile & Product Details: During onboarding, we collect your name, email, avatar, product name, product description, website URL, target customer profile, core problem solved, current business stage, 90-day growth goals, organic distribution experience, blockers, and weekly time budget.

Writing Voice & Style: We store the preferred writing styles, writing voice samples, and admired brand names you submit to generate personalized drafts in your voice.

Scanned Platform Data: We query public discussions on platforms like Reddit, Twitter/X, Hacker News, and Product Hunt using your keywords. We store retrieved public posts, author names, post text, titles, upvotes, comment counts, URLs, and relevance scores inside your workspace.

Workspace Activity & Generated Content: We save your recommended channels, weekly plans (including tasks, community plays, and check-in notes), content drafts (including topic, channel, title, flair, draft text, and status), weekly feedback reports (such as signups or visits logged), and logs of community links clicked.

Feedback & Support: We store any feedback you submit (bugs, ideas, general comments) to improve the product.

Usage & AI Logging: We track page visits, feature interactions, errors, and details of your AI requests (such as model used, duration, and token counts) to enforce rate limits, calculate costs, and monitor system performance.

We suggest matching distribution channels and communities based on your product profile.

We draft posts and replies matching your writing voice samples.

We scan external platforms using your search queries to find relevant opportunities.

We adjust weekly strategy recommendations using your past weekly feedback, conversion goal results, and clicked channels.

We monitor community clicks and AI token usage to track account limits.

We do not sell your personal data or your product's distribution strategies.

AI Providers: We send prompts, product descriptions, and voice samples to third-party AI services to generate recommendations and drafts. We use enterprise API tiers that explicitly prohibit them from using your data to train their models.

Database & Auth: We host our database and manage user authentication securely with a cloud database provider.

Platform Scraping APIs: We call platform APIs and web-scraping services to search public posts on platforms you choose to scan. We do not share your private account details or product strategy with these services.

Email Notifications: We send weekly plan summaries, feedback reminders, and opportunity notifications via email. You can manage these settings at any time in your Settings page.

We keep your workspace data for as long as your account is active.

If you delete your account in your Settings, we permanently delete your profile, channel recommendations, weekly plans, content drafts, feedback logs, opportunity history, and all other database records associated with your account from our database.
