Terms that keep things clear.

Xoru is a strategic planning and drafting co-pilot for SaaS founders. You must use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and third-party platform terms (including Reddit, Twitter/X, Hacker News, and Product Hunt).

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity, inputs, and content drafts created in your workspace. You must not use the service to generate automated spam, violate platform guidelines, or engage in malicious scraping.

We generate recommended distribution channels and weekly execution plans based on the product profile and time budget you select (1 hour, 3 hours, or 5+ hours).

To maintain system resource integrity and encourage consistent marketing habits, weekly plan regenerations are restricted to once per calendar week.

Ownership: You retain full ownership of all product descriptions, onboarding responses, writing voice samples, drafts, and product feedback you submit to Xoru.

License: You grant Xoru a limited, royalty-free license to process, format, and transmit your inputs to third-party AI APIs to generate your plans, recommendations, and drafts.

Review Obligation: Xoru generates text drafts. You are fully responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before you publish it. We are not responsible for any platform suspensions, subreddit bans, shadowbans, account restrictions, or community complaints arising from content you choose to post.

Paid tiers, credits, weekly plan generation limits, and platform scanning rates are billed according to your selected plan. Recurring payments are billed automatically until you cancel.

We may suspend access or rate-limit accounts that attempt reverse-engineering, abuse system scraping resources, or fail payments.

Xoru is provided "as is." While we build strategy models to recommend relevant channels and find opportunities, we make no guarantees about audience growth, signups, traffic, conversion rates, or sales.

Organic distribution success ultimately depends on your product value, landing page copy, target audience fit, and execution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xoru and its creators are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost revenue, lost signups, platform bans, or reputation damage. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
